Our offices are open seven days a week – and your calls will be answered by a person on the end of the phone who can provide the service we pride ourselves on – and not by an answer phone.

You will be introduced to your personal representative on the client liaison team, who will be responsible for ensuring your property purchase runs smoothly. Your representative will liaise with the team based in your country of purchase, remind you of key dates, deal promptly with any queries and ensure the process is nothing but pleasant.

If the property you choose is being built, you will receive regular progress reports from your Prime representative to keep you completely in the picture.

Once you have bought, you will also be handed an itinerary of procedure, so that you are fully informed of when payments are due, where they must be paid and to whom.

At no point during the purchasing procedure with Prime Overseas Property will you feel in the dark or out of control.

Service all the way

Prime Overseas Property can also help you with furnishing your home, providing quality furniture at a good price and, if you intend to let your property, advising on what will best suit the rental market.

When the purchase is complete, you will be met by a member of the Prime Overseas Property team, who will hand over the keys to your property and ensure that you are totally satisfied. We will also help you with utility connections and other local services.

For example, to pay utility bills and local taxes it is a good idea to have a bank account in the country where your property is situated. We can assist by helping you to set up an account swiftly and painlessly.

VIP Travel Club

Once you have bought property with us you have access to the Prime VIP in-house Travel club, which offers an excellent service and highly competitive rates. Although we know that many people like to make their own arrangements, if you are pressed for time or simply prefer to leave it to us, we can arrange flights, insurance, accommodation, car hire and meet any other travel requirements.

Specialist Tax Advice

Tax laws for non-residents differ from country to country. Although we have completed extensive research into the countries in which we operate and can give general guidance, we recommend that you use a specialist firm. From our experience in the overseas property and travel related industries, we can provide you with a list of companies that will give you sound, independent advice.
