Prime Overseas Property is an overseas property estate agent with a difference.  We are unique in the marketplace because we are a well capitalised, UK Public Limited Company.  Our management team is experienced in operating within multi-jurisdictional, highly regulated environments, and has conducted extensive market research into the actual needs of purchasers of overseas properties abroad.  As a result, clients can be assured of our deep-rooted promise to help you buy the best overseas property at the best price – safeguarding your peace of mind.

Our unique legal service instructs totally independent lawyers to carry out checks to ensure the legal probity of every property we sell.  The Prime in-house legal department assists by passing over the results of these enquiries we have made to the lawyers you have instructed.

We are committed to a totally open and ethical approach to business.  Our income comes from the commission on sales paid by developers and vendors of the overseas properties that we sell, so we do not charge our clients for managing the purchase.  We choose to reinvest some of this money in our client support service department, ensuring that we offer exceptional levels of client service.

A further 10% of our profits is distributed to charity through the Prime Charitable Trust – half to UK organisations and half to the countries in which we operate.  As our first named charity, we are supporting The Variety Club Children’s Charity, which exists to help improve the lives of sick, disabled and disadvantaged children throughout the UK.

Our team of professional overseas property consultants was chosen for sharing the company’s passion for world class service, based on the belief that the client comes first.  They are well informed, visiting our range of properties on a regular basis, and receive intensive training to guide you through the entire buying procedure with your best interests at heart.

We extend this personal service to our after-sales care. Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9:00am until 7:00pm.
