Our due diligence includes making enquiries to ensure that the company selling the property actually owns the land on which it is being built and that the developer has obtained the necessary planning/building permits. The work is carried out internally by our own legal department in conjunction with established law firms who specialise in buying and selling properties abroad. The preliminary checks that we make do not replace the need for you to instruct an independent lawyer.
